Larry Larsen
Owner and PresidentLarry Larsen’s career began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Kansas State University and a stint in the U.S. Navy Corp of Engineers, where he oversaw the construction of hundreds of homes all over the world. He gained further experience during his tenure at two major homebuilding companies, eventually serving as Region President at both, but then founded his own company in 1986. Over the course of his highly regarded career, Larry has overseen the construction of several hundred homes, but brings to each project an unflagging passion for creating exceptional places to live. Larry and his wife, interior designer Hillary Reed, are Washington Park residents themselves, and love to celebrate their ever-widening circle of customers/neighbors with summer parties in their backyard.
Tom Crouch
Operations ManagerTom is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, and is the main point of contact for our craftsmen. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Tom brings to the task 11 years of construction management experience and a deep understanding of the homebuilding industry and its best practices. Dedicated to quality both in construction and work environments, Tom is Co-Chairman of the Jobsite Safety Committee of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver and holds Quality Construction and Built Green Certifications from the HBA as well.
Chris Olson & Michelle Kennedy
Brokerage TeamChris and Michelle have managed land acquisition and custom home sales for Larsen Development for the past seven years. Their passion for helping people find the perfect homesite and home is only equaled by their expertise. They have 20 years of experience in sales and residential brokerage, and are graduates of the Realtor Institute and members of the Denver Board of Realtors. Like the Larsens, Chris and Michelle are proud to call the Washington Park area their home.
