  4. Final Planning (3-4 weeks)
    5. Surveys, asbestos & soils testing done
    Architectural plans finalized
    Construction and engineering drawings completed

  5. Preconstruction Phase (4-5 weeks)

  6. Construction phase (7-8 months)
