Finding Lots

One of the most ask questions we get is if we are able to find lots. The answer is yes and no. If you are looking for something very specific it may just take some time. If there is a particular lot size in a particular part of a neighborhood you are looking to build in, it may take time for one to come on the market but if you’re more flexible on location or size we may be able to find you something more quickly in today’s market. We have a network of well connected realtors that we are in contact regularly. Because we are also building in some of these neighborhoods, we also hear about lots before they go on the market from owners looking to sell.
