Design Trends We Love In 2022

Every year there is a top interior design trends to watch from Good Housekeeping. Here are some 2022 trends that we absolutely love!

Pattern Play: Keeping some patterns at bay with interior decorating but adding in some special wallpaper to a room can really make the space a wow factor. Here’s a photo from a home we did recently that we think is really stunning.

Natural Elements: Beige is back! When a color palate has a calming presence, we are all in!

Texture: By adding design features into a room it keeps it interesting and gives it character. from ceiling details to built ins, this is always high on our list on how to make a space special.

Multifunctional Spaces: Since 2020 our homes have served as a school, an office, a movie theater, a gym, a bar/ restaurant, as well as serving us as a home. We love designing spaces that can dual as another.

Outdoor Space: Living in Colorado, our homes have always been focused on outdoor and indoor living spaces. We love having very style driven, usable space outside in our designs.
