After two decades of building award-winning, luxury custom homes, Larsen Development Company is pleased to announce a change in ownership to Jeff Englund, and operational leadership within the team, that will allow the company to expand its presence in the Denver market and further solidify its position as a leader in the luxury custom home market. Jeff, a longtime employee of Larry Larsen, has been the President of Larsen Development Company for the past 5 years and is excited to carry the Larsen name forward into the future.
Larsen, formerly Larsen Development Company, is excited to continue sharing its expertise and successful track record of designing and building custom homes and will take on the new name and identity in 2023. With strong core values, a sturdy foundation in place, and the same team behind the name, the Larsen team is looking forward to pushing the brand to new limits. The new business will continue to focus on residential design, interior design, and construction of new homes, as well as elaborate home remodels in the luxury real estate space.

Along with the change in ownership, we are excited to announce that Lauren Browne has been promoted to Director of Operations and Cory Leal has been promoted to Director of Construction. Please congratulate them as they are key to our team's leadership and future.
