Every home we design begins with a vision. We spend hours combing through the overall vision before we sit down and put pen to paper. We like to say that we strive to become best friends with our clients, which for us means getting to know them on a deeper level. This is important so we can bring a high level of customer service and curate an experience while helping our clients enjoy the process as much as the end product. Building a home can have highs and lows, and it is our job to keep the process fun and moving forward. One of the most daunting aspects of building a custom home is the number of decisions that need to be made. From the layout of the rooms to the selection of materials and finishes, every choice carries the weight of shaping the final outcome. Our interior design team leads every meeting with our clients to help navigate not only style, but budget.

Communication and collaboration are key, whether working with our residential design team, interior designers, your project manager, or family members involved in the process, which is why we utilize a program called Co-Construct. The program allows us to communicate to everyone on the team by sending emails through the portal. We communicate schedule as well as selections, draw payments, and updates through this program. It is also a great archive of what has been talked about and deadlines for selection items.
